Removing a User's Access to a Company

If you link more companies into the system, you may want to remove a user's access to a particular company if they move into one of the other companies or change their role. To remove a user's access to a company:

  1. In the Security Users screen select the required user.
    The Security Users screen will open for that user displaying the User Details.
  2. Click on the Access Restrictions tab.
    The Access Restrictions screen will open. The Access checkbox will be checked for the company (s) to which the user has access.
  3. Select the company for which you want to remove access by clicking in the Access checkbox.
    The check will be removed.
  4. Click Apply.
    The user will now no longer be able to access that company.
